Full Time Secretary/Personal Assistant
Our client, a boutique size investment company (Mainly on property) with very stable and simple work environment, is looking for secretary/personal assistant
Responsibilities: 1. Provide full spectrum of secretarial, administrative and personal assistance to the Boss
2. Manage and organise schedules, meetings, travels and bookings
3. Support on properties rental management, office management
4. Oversee general administrative stuffs and household stuffs as needed
5. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. University graduate or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ secretary/personal assistant experience
2. Proficient spoken and written language skills in English and Cantonese
3. Well organized, responsible and careful and attention to details
4. Proficient with Excel and Word
5. Obtained formal training/certificate on secretarial and administrative studies is a plus.
6. Immediate available is highly preferred.
Work location in Central. 5-day-work. Easy team relationship and high job stability. Medical is provided.
Recruitment Process:
Selected candidates will be invited to the following steps:
1) Recruiter Video Interview. (Mid of Apr)
2) Boss Face to Face interview for 1-2 times.(Early May)
