Front Desk Customer Service 前台客戶服務員(中環區高級辦公大樓)


Responsibilities:



  • Provide quality and efficient information and reception desk services to our tenants and visitors

  • Handling inquiries and complaints, making bookings, confirming reservations, problems solving and to provide the necessary follow-up to ensure tenant and visitor satisfaction


Requirements: 



  • DSE graduate, diploma or above in customer service, hospitality management or related field is an advantage

  • Guest services experience is a plus

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • A good team player, proactive, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated

  • Good spoken and written in Cantonese, Putunghua and English is a definite plus

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome

  • Shift work is required but not over the night 0700-2300 (9 hours)
