Partnership Manager (5-day work)

To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as a Partnership Manager, mainly focus on build new partnership network and channels, and support hosting partnership related online and offline events.


Responsibilities:



  • Own and manage relationships with B2B partners, resellers and distributors; research, identify and prioritize partnership opportunities; implement and execute partnership campaigns; and report partnership marketing and lead-generating results.

  • Support work at both the planning level by developing innovative ideas for hypergrowth and at the tactical level by managing partnership campaign execution, maintaining key accounts, building new relationships, and analysing insights

  • Prospect new partnerships by developing strategies based on user behaviour, industry insights, competitive landscape, product line up and potential impact

  • Manage and execute all processes and discussions in finalizing such partnerships (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up)

  • Support and manage internal and external partnership-related events and workshops

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology and handle technical discussions leading to the successful implementation and seamless integration with partners’ systems

  • Monitor the success of each partner and manage relationships


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Min 3-6+ years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships experience with proven track record, experience in SaaS, no-code platform or marketing and event organisation is a bonus

  • Candidate with System Integrator Partnerships experience would be highly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale partnership, affiliate marketing and B2B programs

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to deal-making and partnership building
