Engagement Manager (Work life balance)

Responsibilities:



  • Liaise between clients, internal and external teams to maximize effective communication, identify their needs and suggest new service packages that suit clients’ interests

  • Gather user requirements and feedback to internal and external teams to analyze and provide solution design

  • Collect reviews and testimonials that appraise the brand image

  • Seek ways to expand existing client relationship and form new relationship

  • Create engaging plan for new products and services

  • Execute customer engagement business analysis and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities in new markets

  • Provide regularly update for project team and client

  • Provide timely report and effectively manage tasks assigned by supervisor


Requirements:



  • Degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline

  • At least 5 years of experience in a project management or client relations-focused role

  • Comprehensive familiarity with our industry, partners, and verticals

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills with effective communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese. Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus
