Unit Manager- Pok Fu Lam

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train employees to meet the company's requirements
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the branch floor
- Lead the staff in the branches to provide high-quality customer service


Requirements:


- Secondary educated or above with 4 years of experience in catering industry management
- Experience in hotel / clubhouse / airline / fine dining is highly preferable
- Possess complete knowledge on the food & beverage / service of western dining
- Independent, training & coaching skills
- Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
- Well spoken English and Cantonese
- Computer knowledgeable


Working hour:


7:00am - 5:00pm , 5-6 days per week, 9 hours per day
