Supervisor - Pok Fu Lam
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging the daily operation of the restaurant floor
- Provide high-quality customer service and be able to recommend menus according to the preferences of the guests
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant environment
Requirements:
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
- Experience in hotel / clubhouse / airline / fine dining is highly preferable
- Enthusiastic, responsible, good working attitude
- Warm and courteous hospitality and good service attitude, like to communicate with others and value teamwork
- Well spoken English and Cantonese
Working hour:
7:00am - 5:00pm , 5-6 days per week, 9 hours per day
