Customer Success Specialist
What you will be deliver
Provide excellent key account servicing, including but not limited to customer account profile, account service strategy and service improvement plan for improving the overall service quality and customer’s operational efficiency
Act as the primary contact point of the assigned customers
Handle and follow up customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence
Ensure service performance, proactively manage service quality and formulate service recovery plans, involving other operational functions as appropriate
Establish customer experience transparency with Business team to ensure associated internal stakeholders are at all times kept updated on significant service delivery management
Work with different functional teams to run promotion campaigns and execute on strategic and tactical initiatives
Who you are
Min 1 year of relevant experience in account management or customer service related
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature thinking, energetic, analytical, attention to detail, well organized
Take initiative toward problems and willing to take new challenges
Good knowledge of standard Software applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered for a senior role
Immediately available is highly preferred

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
