Mobilize Physiotherapy is a private physiotherapy clinic specializing in Orthopaedics and Sports Rehabilitation. We are dedicated to providing high quality one to one physiotherapy services in treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Digital Marketing Assistant. This role will involve handling administrative tasks as well as assisting with marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, marketing research etc.

Job Description:

- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, using tools like Canva, Inshots, Finalcut Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Update the website platform (Wordpress).
- Helps tidy up and cleaning clinic space.
- Flexible working hours, with approximately 20–25 hours per week.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/E-commence/Business or related disciplines (current students are welcome)
- Proficiency in Canva, Final Cut pro, Inshots, Photoshop, or Illustrator for creating graphics and images and videos.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Knowledge of Xiao Hong Shu (Little Red Book) is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative support or marketing roles is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to occasionally assist with on-site shooting activities.
