Customer Service Representative (Hotline 5 days work)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer’s enquiries, complaints of Pre-sales and After-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner

- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- High Diploma or above

- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service field

- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately

- Proficient in PC Skills, including Word and Excel

- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good at English and Chinese typing

- Immediate available is preferred
