IT Support / AV Support

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for maintaining customer’s satisfaction and SLA;


• Identify fault and analyze the service problems;


• Provide pre-sales and/or after sales support to customers;


• Prepare reports and documents on operations and maintenance; 


• Provide the training to internal and external customers;


• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Job Requirement:

• VTC Graduate / DSE or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in computer field services


• provide It Tier-1 support services for client


•  Able to provide good customer service & good communication skil


• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and networking


• Hardworking, Mature, Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit


• Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered
