Technician 木工,維修, 油漆(5 天工作)

5 days work (Mon - Fri) 8am to 6pm
Location : Central
職責：
- 協調洒店日常維護工作
- 與內部部門和外部方面溝通，確保工程能夠準時完成
- 與供應商緊密合作，確保提供優質服務/產品
- 處理供應商報價及標書文件
要求：
- 中五或以上學歷及1至2年有關工作經驗
- 具備物業或設施管理經驗優先考慮
- 精通MS Excel，PowerPoint和中文輸入法
- 良好協調和溝通能力
- 良好的中文書面和口頭表達能力
- 可即時上班者優先考慮
Responsibilities:
- Coordination for repair and maintenance work
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure the tasks can be finished on time
- Work closely with vendors/suppliers to ensure quality services/products
- Handling the quotation and tender from suppliers
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above & 1 to 2 years related working experience
- Experience in property or facilities management is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
