Supervisor (Warehouse & Logistics) – Food Manufacturing industry
Responsibility:
- Responsible of warehouse, entry & exit of goods and Logistic transportation related jobs
- Monitor, manage and communicate Logistic (shipment) status and assist on order arrange and Order tracking, such as on various logistics issues;
- Lead and arrange with various teams for daily operation
- Inventory management include data entry with POS system and excel
- Assist to improve SOPs for better operations, planning own tasks to ensure on time dispatch.
- Review operational protocols & procedures and evaluate effectiveness, evaluation on team members
- Prepare logistic reports and data analysis for effective logistics solutions
- Support on Daily warehouse or dispatch jobs
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
High Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or other relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years related work experience, at least 1 year in supervisor role
Background in Food Manufacturing or related industry preferred.
Mature, Good communication skills, well organized and self-motivated.
Strong in problem solving, multi-tasking and can work under pressure;
Good knowledge in computer literacy, e.g. Excel, Email, Word and SAP system
Proficient in Chinese and English
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer

WE OFFER
09:00a.m. – 18:00p.m. (6 Work Days /week)
Day Shift if Need on 10:00a.m. – 19:00p.m.
