Full-time Shop Manager/Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily operation of the store including serving customer, cashier, food packing and stock replenishment etc;
• Manage frontline full time and part time staff and provide on-the-job training to them;
• Introduce different types of fish/seafoods and teach the customers how to prepare and cook various type of the fish;
• Maintain good relationship with customers;
• Manage visual merchandizing and product display;
• Work closely with Japanese head chef in planning for seasonal promotions;
• Making simple Japanese food;
• Keep the store clean and tidy;
• Assist on stock-taking.
Requirements:
• More than 3 years of retail managerial experience;
• Secondary 5 or above;
• Good command of Chinese and English (Japanese is a plus but not a must);
• Good customer service;
• Shifts are required;
• Working hours:10 hours of work per day (1 hour break); .
• Day offs: A minimum of 5 days off per month.
