Sales Admin

Responsibilities:



  • Manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents

  • Support the sales team in preparing promotional materials and presentations

  • Assist in coordinating orders, providing customer support, and participating in sales activities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding service delivery and orders

  • Maintain departmental database records and filing systems

  • Provide regular office administration and ad-hoc support as needed


 


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales administration, or project management

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with an open mindset

  • Attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is advantageous

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
