Customer Services Assistant

VPOWER FINANCE SECURITY (HONG KONG) LIMITED provide escort and related supporting services for many banks and enterprises.  The company’s business services include Global logistics services, Cross-border escort services, Security system services, etc.  Consistent with the business and operational needs, we are inviting qualified candidates to apply for:

Key Responsibilities：

Handle general customer enquiries and incoming calls
Document record filing
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer’s enquiries
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
 

Job Requirement：

Fresh graduate will also be considered
Have 1 year experience or above in Customer Services will be preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Independent, self-motivated and proactive
Basic PC literacy in Microsoft Applications
