Customer Service Executive - Part time (PORSCHE- F041)
Responsibilities:
Ensure all customer touchpoints fulfill internal customer service standards
Provide administrative support to Sales team to facilitate a smooth operation and comply with audit requirements
Maintain a clean and amicable environment of the reception
Support Showroom events and Car shows to be organized smoothly
Perform Cashier role to verify the payment amount, and collect the payment accurately and faultlessly
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Able to work at least 3 days per week
Working location: Wan Chai
Requirements:
Degree holder or any related disciplines
2 years’ experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Customer Service field will be an advantage
Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and Self-motivated
Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Shift duty is required
