•High Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Studies or Engineering related disciplines with 2 year’s PC Support services experience

•Perform help desk function for end-user

•Responsible for 1st level incident management in Client OS and MS applications, software deployment and troubleshooting, LAN and wireless administration, network printing and other business critical applications.

•Lead incident resolution and closure by coordinating with 1st and 3rd level technical teams.

•Manage installation and configuration of software and hardware equipment according to the client standards

•Installation and configuration of hardware equipment and ensure operation readiness.
