Office Clerk (5-day work week)

Job Duties:- 

  • Handle correspondence and screen incoming calls, mails and faxes

  • Provide clerical support services to handle office administrative works

  • Assist in accounting and marketing duties

  • Perform ad hoc duties once assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:-

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above, with 1 year of working experience OR associate degree, higher diploma or degree holder from a tertiary institution

  • Cheerful, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility, hardworking and multi-taskers

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus

  • Proficient in using MS office include Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, Chinese word processing

  • Fresh graduates with proactive attitude will also be considered.
