Design and Marketing Assistant (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to connect with target audiences;


• Manage social media presence and create engaging content;


• Launch and monitor online postings and news updates on social media platform (LinkedIn, Instragram, Wechat, Facebook, Youtube etc.);


• Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings;


• Support in design and preparing the promotional marketing materials such as presentation files, project flyers or other printed/online advertisements, corporate gifts, etc.;


• Assist in pre-production and post-production of promotional videos, such as retouching for all imagery, shooting, animation, photography, video production


• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments if required


• Work Location: Hybrid/Office for meetings if needed


• Working Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week


• Hourly Rate: $120

Qualification & Requirements:

• With relevant academic background in Design / Multimedia / Marketing;


• Proven experience in design and digital marketing or a related role;


• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing;


• Good command in written English and Chinese;


• Creativity in content creation and campaign planning;


• Excellent communication and analytical skills;


• Independent, easy going, self-motivated and willing to learn;


• University students with skillset in Design and Digital Marketing will be considered.
