Human Resources Manager (Food Packaging) – Ref. 2638

Our Client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:

• Bachelor or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• 15 years’ human resources experience, with 5 years or above supervisory/ management experience
  
• Good experience in working with blue-collar worker is a MUST
  
• Experience in Hong Kong listed company is a MUST
  
• Experience in ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 is an advantage
  
• Experience in organizational change, able to enhance company system for better efficiency
  
• Leading a small HR team (1-2 colleagues)
  
• Provide full spectrum of HR functions
  
• Understand company’s needs and targets, drive organizational effectiveness
  
• Strong in recruitment, provide good remuneration and attract top talent candidates for company consideration
  
• Familiar with HK employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  
• A good team player, energetic, pro-active and smart
  
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$40K-50K/month (depends on skills/ experience)
