Project Engineer

Job details:

• Windows Migration
• Data Migration
• Troubleshoot any migration-related issues.
• Support end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site


• Prepare and complete a user acceptance form for each machine.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT engineering or related subjects


• At least 2 year or above relevant working experiences in IT technical support


• Good knowledge of Win11, MS Office Outlook and network troubleshooting


• Polite and responsible


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• On-the-job training will be provided
