Exhibition Ambassador (Hong Kong Space Museum)

Duties:

To guide and assist visitors the proper use of exhibits and to perform operational duties on selected exhibits;

To assist organizing and running Museum programmes and volunteer services;

To check the status of the exhibits, report anu exhibit breakdowns of damage;

To provide customer services to Museum visitors and answer enquiries;

To assist in crowd control and perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualification:

Experienced in customer services in museums;

Completed the Hong Kong diploma of HKDSE or HKCEE or equivalent or above; studied at least one science subject in HKCEE or HKDSE is preferable;

Speaking fluent Cantonese and proficient in English and Putonghua is preferred;

Mature mentality and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Places of Work: Tsim Sha Tsui (Hong Kong Space Museum)

Period: May 2026 - April 2027 (1 year contract)

Mon: 13:00-21:00, Wed, Thu, Fri: 13:00-21:00 / 14:00-19:00

Sat, Sun and PH: 14:00-19:00 / 10:00-21:00

Salary: $82 per hour
