Japanese Speaking Sales Associate/Executive
Job duties:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s products to customers.
- Implement a strategic business plan that keeps our existing customers and expands our customer base by developing new business actively.
- Through visiting customers, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
- Provide after-sales service and handle complaints.
- Provide essential support to the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle daily sales activities to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and report market-related issues.
- Implement and modify marketing strategies to respond to market environment changes and business activities of competitors.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Receive orders, input data, and confirm order details.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Tertiary education or above
- Work experience as a salesperson for more than 3 years (experience in Japanese food industry is preferred)
- Selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and familiar with system input
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Japanese Speaking is a MUST (JLPT Level 3 or above)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
