Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- The role will primarily focus on managing Travel Agent accounts.
- The candidate will also be required to touch base with Corporate accounts as a secondary responsibility.
- Banquet (BQT) coordination and sales support will form part of the job scope.
- The position requires the ability to handle multiple segments and work cross-functionally.
- Independent with working passion
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Build and maintain good relationship with potential agents and corporate accounts
- Implements all sales action plan
- Achieve monthly and annual personal sales target
- Market intelligent
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Travel Agents sales or account handling
- Exposure to corporate and banquet sales in an advantage
- Diploma or above in Hotel Management
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to manage priorities across different market segments
- Less experience will be considered as Account Manager
- Immediate available is preferred
