Senior Server

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, taking reservations, and serving food with a smile and professionalism, consistently maintaining the hotel's high standards.

-Assist in restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and a smooth dining experience, while also helping with event coordination in our meeting rooms when needed.

-Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold menu consistency and quality, managing day-to-day responsibilities and addressing guest concerns effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

-1 year of relevant experience in hospitality industry

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)

-Shift duty is required

-Immediate available is highly preferred

-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Server
