Windows Migration Engineer

Job details:

• Workstation replacement and upgrade
• Data Migration
• Support end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site


• Install and implement system upgrade


• Troubleshoot customer issues in general maintenance on computer hardware and software


• Perform duties in different locations as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT engineering or related subjects


• At least 1 year or above relevant working experiences in IT technical support


• Good knowledge of Windows11 OS, MS Office, Outlook


• Polite and responsible


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• On-the-job training will be provided
