Arts Trainee Programme Coordinator (Cultural Event/Arts Tech/12mths Contract)
Job Duties:
- To assist in Arts Tech programme and course planning, liaising and negotiating with service vendors, potential practitioners, artists group and students for participation of the programme
- To provide programme support including marketing publicity, facility booking and programme plans and contract preparation etc.
- To assist in programme admin and enrolment related duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Cultural Studies, PR, Event Management, Communications or related area
- DSE Lv.5 (Chi & Eng) OR HKALE Grade C (Chi & Eng) OR CRS Lv.2 (Chi & Eng)
- 3 years of full time experience in event management, experience in arts tech or trainee programme will be advantage
- Immediately available highly prefer
