Accounting Supervisor / Senior Accountant

Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is strengthening its Hong Kong finance team and is looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor / Senior Accountant. Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: Manage general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.

• Management analysis: Deliver monthly sales reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance insights.

• ERP oversight: Ensure accurate reporting, asset management, and inventory control.

• Payment tracking: Partner with sales teams to monitor customer payments.

• Process improvement: Standardize and enhance internal workflows across regions.

• Team leadership: Guide and support junior staff members.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational environment.

• Technical expertise: Strong grasp of accounting principles and ERP/accounting systems.

• Personal qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong business sense.

• Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Availability: Immediate availability is required.
