維修技術員(機電)
工作內容:
- 負責廠房生產設備之日常維修、保養與檢查，確保機器運作穩定
- 進行故障診斷、機械及電氣調較、緊急維修及必要之小修工作
- 執行預防性維修計劃（PM），並協助優化維護流程，提高設備可靠性與運行效率
- 參與設備改善項目，包括結構調整、不合理點改善及提升可維護性
- 支援設備調試工作，並協助工程團隊進行大型維修或改裝工程
- 為操作員提供技術支援與培訓：教授基本檢查、清潔、潤滑、操作與安全知識（AM 自主維護），提升現場自主維護能力
- 協助記錄、分析故障資料，跟進改善措施以降低停機時間
要求:
- 具相關生產設備或機械維修、廠房工作經驗優先
- 持有機電工程署發出之A牌優先
- 基本電腦操作
良好晉升階梯:
- 本司為註冊電業承辦商，可提供培訓津貼及支持僱員註冊電業工程人員（即申請電工牌)
