Customer Service Officer - Financial printing industry - Ref. 2407

Our client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:

• Degree or above;


• At least 3 years' experience in a similar capacity in financial printing industry is a must;


• Monitor multiple IPO/ translation projects with deadlines;


• Cooperate with both internal departments and external vendors to ensure high standard of service;


• Detail oriented and customer focused


• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);


• Willing to work shifts

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: Basic HK$25-30K + shift & OT allowance


• Working day: 5 days between Monday and Saturday (Mon-Fri/Tue-Sat)


• Working location: Central;


• Working hours: 3 shifts (9:00 am to 6:00 pm


• / 3:00 pm to 12:00 am / 6:00 pm - 3:00 am) (roster update monthly
