Administrator (Japanese Speaking) (5-day work)
Responsibilities:
- Act as key communication link for Japanese business inquiries and support, primarily handling correspondence via phone and email.
- Coordinate tour schedules, reservation and logistics for teams and business partners.
- Handle basic interpretation / translation.
- Provide administrative support such as document preparation and data entry.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT level 2 or above).
- Relevant work or internship experience is an advantage. This position is also open to fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of Japanese business culture is preferred.
