Venue Leasing Administrator
Duties:
(1) To assist in processing the booking application include information vetting, prepare rental subsidy applications approval minutes and drafting relevant booking papers and corresponding approval minutes for use of major facilities of the Centre.
(2) To assist the Hiring and Operation Team in operating the online application system (e-APS) and electronic booking application processing system (CCMS) for information validation, data input and cross-checking with the true-copies of applications.
(3) To answer the booking enquires from the public, including drafting email reply and phone answering; To compile all the booking enquiries and requests from different parties for initiation to hirers' and public briefing and assist for the planning and bookmarking of booking schedule further.
(4) To assist in the procurement of goods and services for the venue operation; To conduct the market research for the procurement item and coordinate with the potential suppliers; To draft the specifications for the procurement process and facilitate the overall logistic operation for the items.
(5) To handle the ticketing matters form hirer include vetting the Event set-up form and publicity. To familiarize the ticketing procedure with URBTIX platform, act as agent in between hirer, venue and ICS ticketing office. Calculate the hire charges in regarded to the latest venue policy.
(6) To compile data of hire of the Centre for the regular statistical returns and other ad hoc statistical requests. To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers.
Requirement:
(i) Be a permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and lawfully employable in Hong Kong
(ii) Be a holder of Bachelor's degree or above from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent (, prefer in Arts / Humanities / Cultural Studies / Communications / Social Sciences / Tourism and Events Management or related fields)
(iii) Have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English meet the language proficiency requirement of Level 5 or above in Chinese Language and English Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Grade Cor above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature and Use of English of the Hong Kong Advance Level Examination (HKALE); or Level 2 in Use of English and Use of Chinese of the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent)
(iv) Have knowledge of facility booking procedure and related booking arrangement in performance venues
(v) Have at least two (2) years' full-time post-qualification working experience in the field of project planning / performing arts / entertainment business / attractions, facility or venue management, and working experience in LSD or CSTB management/supervisory/officer level or relevant rank regarded prior to Quotation Closing Date (with relevant working experience in Leisure and Cultural Services Department is preferable);
(vi) Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
Working Location: Kowloon Bay Cultural Centre
Working Hour: Mon - Fri 09:30 - 18:30 (9 hours included 1 hour meal break)
Contract Period: May 2026 - May 2027 (1-year contract)
Salary: $1422/day
