Job Responsibilities

Our Recruitment Intern will be supporting Senior Consultant with the following:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards and other platform to identify qualified passive candidates.
• Engagement: Draft and send personalized messages / Call to spark candidate interest.
• Screening: Conduct short initial interviews to assess candidate fit / motivation / availability.
• Maintaining Record: Keep accurate hiring records in database.
