Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the company

  • Liaise with various business partners and external parties for different tasks
  • Handle enquires from clients and business partners
  • Maintain statutory documents for clients

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and business partners


Requirements:



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Basic company secretarial knowledge an advantage


Working Hours:



  • Flexible working hours (Open to discuss)
