Accounting Supervisor / Senior Accountant

Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing group, is expanding its Hong Kong finance team and is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor / Senior Accountant. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong accounting expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• General accounting: Oversee financial reporting, general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet.

• Financial analysis: Prepare monthly sales reports, cash flow forecasts, and management analysis.

• ERP system management: Ensure accurate reporting, asset management, and inventory control.

• Payment monitoring: Partner with the sales team to track customer payments.

• Regional collaboration: Standardize and improve internal workflows.

• Team supervision: Provide guidance and support to junior staff.

Requirements

• Academic background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Work experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational company.

• Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and ERP/accounting systems.

• Personal qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong business sense.

• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Availability: Immediate availability is essential.
